Ministry of Sound, established in 1991, has grown from a world famous nightclub in London to become the world’s biggest dance brand. With live events, nightclubs, record sales across the world and thousands of people tuning into Ministry of Sound Radio and TV and checking out ministryofsound.com every day, Ministry of Sound truly is the home of dance music.
From all of us here, at Ministry of Sound, thank you for your continued support - it has been overwhelming and we cannot thank you enough! However, the fight is not over and with only one week to go until the hearing, we need you more than ever!
We’ve one last push before Ministry of Sound’s fate is decided on 19th November and we need everyone to tweet the following to Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London
Boris, be our hero and save @MinistryofSound! @MayorofLondon - we need a #SuperMayor!!
Only one person can be the saviour of Ministry of Sound – Boris, be our hero!
SAVE OUR CLUB UPDATE: In February, Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London, deferred his decision to allow further time for negations between Ministry of Sound and the developer Oakmayne. However, the new hearing date to decide on the proposed Eileen House development will now take place on 19th November 2013. We believe we’ve found a solution that will allow both sides to co-exist. This is our open letter to Boris Johnson. Do the right thing Boris, don’t stop the music http://www.ministryofsound.com/saveourclub
Here’s the video for Safe With You, the new track from two British electro/dance producers (the latter you may know better as Stuart Price), featuring vocals from Niki & The Dove’s Malin. Great tune, great skating. CS
